One of the founders of the law firm, John Hindo exclusively serves as President of Boji Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the company. His role involves guiding the development team, implementation of business strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the company’s projects advance partnerships with the public and private sectors.
Prior to his current position with the Boji Group, John had been an attorney for over 20 years. In private practice John represented clients in highly complex transactions involving all facets of business and real estate including real estate development, leasing, drafting and negotiating buy-sell agreements, corporate formation and securing financing.
John has served appointments to the Wayne County Building Authority Board of Directors, the Commerce Township Board of Trustees and Commerce Township Planning Commission, providing him with a unique perspective on the benefits and storied achievements that private-public partnerships in development can provide to a community.
