While I was in Cincinnati this weekend for my son’s graduation from Xavier, we happened to go to this bar. It is the first place to receive a liquor license after prohibition. I thought that was funny since a huge part of my law practice is liquor license related. There is also a great story about an attorney who sold liquor legally during prohibition. Read it.
